I use a proven process to reveal strengths and mitigate weaknesses. I’m candid but respectful and bring an arsenal of tools like stage improv training to get the best out of leaders when they need to be heard. Some highlights include:

• Led all media preparation for new hospital announcement, including key message crafting, speechwriting and press conference preparation. Stakeholders included C-Suite, Governor of Delaware and key county officials.

• Speechwriter and media trainer for various C-Suite members across multiple industries, including Dominion Energy’s participation in global climate and sustainability events
