Change Management Examples
When it is inevitably time for big changes, I have years of experience in developing key messaging, training leaders and producing content on numerous channels. While I am more than capable of moving swiftly, I also believe that the key to good Change Management is building a bank of trust and clarity through quality communications BEFORE a change is announced. Below are a few highlights and images that illustrate my experience and approach:
Led communications efforts for merger and acquisitions, restructuring, reductions in force for more than a dozen organizations
Created campaigns that fostered innovation at Caterpillar, Dominion Energy and various health system clients
Led rebranding communications at several health systems and the United Services Organization

I have created and facilitated brand workshops for health systems that are rebranding, with custom content for each group of stakeholders.
